Did you ever try to have a conversation with someone who was not able to follow what you were saying, and you then found yourself spending most of the conversation explaining your remarks to them? By the time you realize it’s not just one thing they don’t understand, but almost every thing you are saying, you’re trapped. What you feel like doing is running away screaming at the top of your lungs, but you know that’s not socially acceptable. So you find yourself wasting minutes of your life that you’ll never get back trying to think of smaller words to use or anything to talk about that isn’t incomprehensible to them. And the worst thing of all is you have somehow stoked a fire of interest in them for this thing they know nothing about, but suddenly want to learn more about in minute detail.

About msplayful

I am someone who finds life humorous and often share my views with friends and co-workers. Since I've been told I should be a stand-up comedian, I thought I'd see how well I could do at writing funny things that happen, or that happen in my head.
