Raindrops Were Falling On Her Head

That’s what my cat said, as I got down to scoop her out from under the chair on the porch. She’s a feisty little thing. I think that’s why I love her. But her scooting away from me and making me work to get her out from under a chair that was not keeping her completely out of the rain was annoying. I finally got her and put her inside.

Now the rain has let up and I thought she’d want to go back out on the porch. I cannot find her. We are both old and stubborn. She is playing hide and seek. I am tired of seeking. Going to take a nap. Ha! I win!

About msplayful

I am someone who finds life humorous and often share my views with friends and co-workers. Since I've been told I should be a stand-up comedian, I thought I'd see how well I could do at writing funny things that happen, or that happen in my head.
